Here are our announcements for this week:
A mission we support here at 6th & Gibbs is Grove Christian Camp. They have a mission that is dedicated to bringing people to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, while at the same time teaching and equipping Christians to a more mature relationship of service and commitment to Christ.
During the year, they have some great opportunities to help all of us grow in our faith. Here are the ones that are coming up fast. We have sign-up sheets on our info table, but you can also sign up directly at the Grove Camp website by clicking here!
Each month, we go to two of our nursing homes in our community to share the love of Jesus with the residents. We sing some hymns, share a message, and meet with those who join us. Come and join us as we bring Jesus to those who cannot come to a Sunday gathering.
Ladies Love Circle meets at Stacy’s Covered Bridge the first Tuesday of each month at 12:30 pm for fellowship, devotional and food.
Every lady is welcomed to join our Ladies’ bible study starting on Wednesday, March 5th at 6 pm. This study will give you a better understanding of the women’s role in the home, church and the world.
Men’s breakfast is the 2nd Saturday of every month. Join us for a time of fellowship, devotional and some good food.
We have a prayer meeting that meets each Sunday morning before our service to pray for the church and our community. We believe that prayer is the most powerful thing we can do for one another, so come out and join us this Sunday at 9am.
